Applicants:

How do I get a tour of a home?

Call our office to set up a time to see a property.

Who needs to apply?

Anyone over 18 who will be living in the home.

What is the application fee?

All applications are free.

Do you take evictions?

We are unable to accept anyone with an eviction within the last 7 years.

Do you have a minimum credit score?

King Properties requires a credit score above 540 (with a cosigner) or 600.  

Do you accept felonies?

King Properties is unable to accept anyone in our homes with a felony in the past 7 years.

Tenants:

How do I pay my rent?

  1. Through your online portal with check (free) or credit card (2.99% fee to card company) 
  2. In our office at 502 McKinley Ave NW 
  3. Mail it to our office (we are happy to provide pre-addressed envelops) 
  4. PayNearMe at CVS, Walgreens, or Wal-mart ($3.99 fee to PayNearMe) 

How do I put in a maintenance request?

You are welcome to call the office or use the online portal to put in a request.  

My lease is up do I need to sign another lease?

Once your initial 12 month lease is up we would love for you to stay.  We do not require you sign a new 12 month lease (but if you would like to we can arrange that).   Your lease will automatically go month to month.  We do require a 30 day notice prior to moving out whether it is the end of your lease or months/years later.

How can I view my properties held with you?

Sign into our owner's portal to get all your up to date information.
